Dr Rupall Shaahh is Sr. Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Child psychologist, Relationship/Marital/Couple therapist , Corporate wellness trainer, and Healer. She carries a vast experience, spanning more than 15 years in providing psychological assessment and counselling to adults, children & old aged people. She provides various workshop/webinars and EAP assistance for Corporates and for Schools. She herself does meditation regularly since last 18 years. She believes in holistic (soul-mind-body) and balanced life style to remain physically as well as mentally fit.

She provides various therapies(CBT, SFBT, Narrative therapy, Emotion focused therapy, DBT, MET, Motivational interviewing, ERP, EMDR, EFT, REBT….). and also arranges innovative workshops and renders lectures on  Mental health awareness, mental wellbeing, stress management, work-life balance, time management, increase productivity, Parenting, career guidance, de-addiction awareness, Healthy life-style and many more through online and offline mode.
